Who We Are
Everyone has their own story, but Prophets Bill and Esther Emmons have one that only God could have put together. They lived 3,000 miles apart, yet the Lord knew He had a plan for their lives to be joined together as one. They demonstrate the power of His love and prayer, and what happens when two people choose do things His way. This is their story, which is the foundation of Prophetic Destiny Ministry and the PDM Network. Their Book, "A Prophetic Love Story" is currently being produced by Christian Faith Publishers and will be available world wide in the Fall of 2026.
In the Fall of 1988 God gave Bill a vision of a bridge going from NY to Southern California while he was prophesying over a women in Port Henry, NY. The vision was for the woman he was prophesying over but the Lord said "This vision is for you as well. You will be connected to Southern California". He filed that "word" away and kept serving God. A decade later ended up with a broken marriage. On January 16th, 1999 Esther spent the entire day in prayer, praying one last time at the Lord's leading for a husband. At the end of that day she absolutely knew she would be married. Two years later, on January 26th, 2001 Bill and Esther were brought together by God orchestration. The Lord connected them through a conference Bill was doing with Prophet Lance Wallnau. Bill was putting the brochure together, and during an internet search for information on Lance, he found a website with information on Lance, Prophet Kim Clement, and a woman named Esther Palmisano. The moment Bill saw Esther's picture, his spirit jumped inside him and the Holy Spirit said, "Contact Her!". That night Bill sent Esther an email introducing himself, and expressing an interest in her ministry. Esther had no Idea who Bill was or why he had contacted her. She was busy with her daughter's wedding and filed the email away for a later time.
In mid-February, Esther finally responded back to Bill's email, and they began to correspond via email, text, and on the phone many hours a night. Although Bill had a church and ministry based in upstate New York, and Esther wasn't a pastor and had a ministry based in Northridge California, they knew God was putting them together. One of the many confirmations of this union was the day of prayer Esther had at God's leading in 1999. She discovered that January 16th was actually Bill's birthday. Another came when Bill flew in to meet Esther for the first time on her birthday. During dinner with her girls, there was a pause in the conversation. At that moment the Spirit of God told Bill to tell Esther's youngest daughter Kerry what his favorite movie was. When he said "Kerry, my favorite movie is The Princess Bride", she began to say, "OH My God!, Oh My God! I asked God last night, that if this man was from Him for my mother, he had to say something about "The Princess Bride". After recognizing how perfectly the Lord was orchestrating their lives, they set a date, and were married two months later, on June 30th, 2001.
Bill & Esther know their marriage, life together, and ministry were all designed by the Lord to demonstrate the power, beauty, and perfection that is found when two people have hearts after God, and stay in first love with Him. They founded Prophetic Destiny Ministry in 2001, and together have traveled as a prophetic team, written books, produced many teachings. They traveled locally, nationally and internationally to built an apostolic/prophetic network and minister the love of God to a lost and hurting world. They release very clear prophetic words, revelatory teaching, and the healing love of God to all who need it. Bill & Esther minister at local churches, conferences, prayer retreats, leadership meetings, men's and women's groups, and marriage encounters.
